Job Scope:

• Perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates
• Explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel
• Apply social media and digital marketing experience
• Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and offer of employment
• Develop effective recruitment strategies
• Organizing events and online webinars

Requirements:

• Outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Possess excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• No work experience is required
