We are looking to hire an office admin to handle and take care of our office admin work.
In this role you will:
- Organize documents and letters
- Organize claims and receipts
- Input financial details to accounting system
- Organize HR details
- Organize design project files and documents
- Send weekly updates to clients
- Closely assist all processes of business development
- Support in recruitment process & appointment setting
- Records the minutes of meetings as needed
- Running errands (Ad Hoc Basis)
- Handle payments with clients
- Manage the office
- Performs other duties as necessary
