JIN Design LLP – Office Admin

A digital design studio founded in 2015, JIN Design focus on User Experience and Interface Design.

Leveraging on our design skill set to craft highly functional digital experiences, we dedicate professionalism to quality design. As a team, we bring our heads together to ideate and deliver the best design solutions, helping businesses communicate and innovate in a user-friendly way.

We are looking to hire an office admin to handle and take care of our office admin work.

In this role you will:

1. Organize documents and letters
2. Organize claims and receipts
3. Input financial details to accounting system
4. Organize HR details
5. Organize design project files and documents
6. Send weekly updates to clients
7. Closely assist all processes of business development
8. Support in recruitment process & appointment setting
9. Records the minutes of meetings as needed
10. Running errands (Ad Hoc Basis)
11. Handle payments with clients
12. Manage the office
13. Performs other duties as necessary
