Currently, the company is expanding its team due to increasing demand for ebikes which provide convenient last-mile transportation for the end users, and also reduce carbon footprint of our entire society.

Job Description

  • Provide customer service support and promote our products via social media / phone calls by answering questions/queries from customers
  • Coordinate with customers for ownership transfer, and arrange delivery to customers
  • In charge of sales of eBikes at our flagship store at 547 Geylang Road
  • Arrange and dispatch spare parts to customers as needed.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company if needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic mechanical knowledge is required. Product training will be provided by the company.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • 6-day work week, 12-8pm ( Rest on Monday or Friday)
