Jewel Changi Airport Devt Pte Ltd (JCAD) is a joint venture between Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand Mall Asia to manage Jewel Changi Airport. Strategically located in the heart of the airport, Jewel is envisaged to be a world-class lifestyle destination that will enable the Changi air hub to capture passenger mindshare and strongly boost Singapore’s appeal as a stopover point for travellers.

Guest Experience – Attraction Sales & Operations

General Enquiries / Bookings of tickets & tours

• Handle Corporate & Travel Agent enquiries, quotations, and feedback.

• Process bulk purchase orders, refunds and revalidation of tickets and tours.

• Handle and coordinate request for familiarisation visits, filming and tours.

• Process filming/ photo-shoot permits and visit forms.

• Route guest feedbacks to the respective business units

Sales and Marketing Campaign Support

• Support the team in executing sales and marketing campaigns to drive attraction ticket sales.

• Liaise with all relevant business units and stakeholders involved in ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing campaigns.

• Prepare reports for tracking of all marketing campaigns.

• Competitor analysis.

Landscape 

BeLeafers Volunteering Program 

• Notifying BeLeafer Horticulture Volunteering program registrations of their confirmed slots 

• Assist in running BeLeafer morning programs – 8am to 11am – about 1-2 times a month 

o Organize participants for the sessions 

o Guide participants for gardening (need gardening skills) - will be taught o get equipment ready for the session and return equipment back to storeroom after sessions. o check inventory in the landscape storeroom

Jewel Plant Book 

• Conduct research for Jewel Plant Book. Guidance about the research topic/focus will be provided. 

• Take photographs of identified key plants / landscape features (having an eye for “framing a shot” would be beneficial)

Other Duties 

• Help with Petal Garden display Ideation – research on potential props that can be used for seasonal plant displays 

• Provide coordination and project management support for ad-hoc projects e.g. production of marketing collaterals. This includes calling for quotation to procure goods and services

• Perform quarterly stock-take for marketing collaterals and inventory.

• Responsible for consolidating statistical reports, manage the database and mailing list, prepare reports as well as assist in any other projects assigned.

• Perform ad-hoc assigned duties as and when required.
