What is this role about?
We are looking for an individual who can create short video content to help us entertain, engage and inform our audiences of our courses/programs and their benefits.
What you can expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Actively thinking of creative ways to convert parts of our curriculum into short-form video content
- Arranging with some of our students to develop new short videos and posting them on our social media platforms such as Tiktok, Facebook, amongst others.
- Executing videos in a timely manner
- Sharing social media trends with teammates
- Independently managing project timelines
Who should consider?
We want you as long as you know what makes short-form content work well on various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a pulse on what’s trending and appreciate the quick and evolving nature of short-form videos in today’s day and age.
Technical requirements:
- Proficient in video editing apps like CapCut and InShot and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good sense of short multimedia storytelling and rhythm
- Firm understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms
- Able to operate video cameras and DSLRs
Crucially, you must possess the stamina, tenacity, and agility to work in an intensely dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive media environment.
