Job Description
As a Sales Assistant, you're there to assist customers and make sure their shopping experience is enjoyable.
You are responsible for liaising with customers in order to ensure transactions are smooth. A sales assistant is also expected to help customers choose between the company's array of goods and services, process payments and maintain a high level of customer service.
You'll report to a retail manager or supervisor.
