Responsibilities

1. Basic understanding of databases and web application databases
2. High degree of accuracy and great attention to detail
3. Ability to work independently, set short-term priorities and make good decisions
4. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work as a cooperative team member
5. Ability to follow procedures and policies
6. Ability to perform repetitive duties with a high degree of accuracy
7. Coordinate with internal team members to ensure deliverables are understood and that milestones are met on time, with consistency and accuracy
8. Manage relationships, requests, and ensure quality delivery for our customers
9. Ensure project team, including management as appropriate, is continually updated, including successes, issues, concerns and feedback
10. Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects
11. Work with the QA team through deployment
12. Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry-related media

• Minimum experience will be a plus

Languages & CMS

• Familiar with WordPress

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
