Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Overall in-charge of month-end closing process, review monthly management accounts and provide value-added financial analysis.
• Overall in-charge of group consolidation, financial reporting and annual report.
• Assist in all matters in relation to Singapore Stock Exchange, including announcements and compliance matters.
• Assist in ad-hoc corporate actions projects.
• Assist in sustainability reporting.
• Assist in corporate secretarial matters.
• Ensure compliance of financial and operational policies and procedures.
• Implement process improvement and internal control.
• Responsible for budgetary process.
• Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, external auditors and tax agents etc.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management where necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Audit experience preferred.
• Independent as well as team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines.
