Sales & Marketing Admin (Part-time)

As a Sales & Marketing Admin, you will be responsible for the administrative works such as updating & maintaining accurate information in the revenue tracking system, and to support on marketing activities.
Concrete tasks include:
- Accurate Data Entry of Revenue & Data Maintenance in the CRM system
- Entry of revenue data based on received POS data reports within a time frame
- Maintaining good data hygiene of CRM system
- Marketing Coordination
- Work with Marketing team to execute end customer campaigns
- Creation of customer email & monthly newsletters
- Tracking & review of marketing campaigns
- Support & coordinate testing & delivery of new products
Requirements:
- Proven data entry work experience
- Proficient with MS Excel (filtering, vlookup, subtotal, pivot table)
- Familiar with Administrative duties
- Typing speed & accuracy
- Attention to detail is critical
- Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Understands the urgency & importance of accuracy of information & timelines
- Commit 30-35 hours a week.
