We are looking for a diligent and intelligent individual to support the Project Managers to facilitate smooth internal operations.
Tech-savvy candidates are welcome in this creative environment as you will be doing online research and using a variety of online services and tools. Good conversational skills are required as you will be making phone enquiries, and helping to set up meetings, interviews and appointments.
Advanced MS Excel skills are a definite advantage, otherwise you must be able to discover the solutions on your own initiative. Be a hero to your colleagues by providing clean, updated reports and templates.
You will also have opportunities to explore the solutions for new ideas to be produced & executed. If you desire, you could even be part of the team producing the idea!
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Intermediate level expertise in MS Word, MS Excel and all internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox etc.)
- Tech savvy and love learning new technology skills and tricks
