Job Description

Responsibilities
The intern will support the Senior HR Manager in a fast-paced generalist HR function, and have the invaluable opportunity to experience the transformation and digitisation of our HR processes. Specifically, he/she will:

  • Assist in the re-engineering of existing HR processes and digitisation of existing HR data
  • Participate in the implementation of a new HR Management System (HRMS) and other digitisation tools
  • Assist in the execution of Organisation Development and Employee Engagement projects
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
  • Any other duties as required

Requirements

  • Possess or currently undertaking a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, IT or any related qualifications
  • Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good EQ and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, meticulous and works well under tight deadlines
