Job Description

Who We’re Looking For

You are deeply interested in the prospect of working in an educational organization that seeks to shape young minds and inspire world-changers. You are committed to attracting students to our company and guiding them towards overseas education.

Responsibilities

You will have four core areas of responsibility:

Client on-boarding

  • Attend to online and in person enquiries from students and parents
  • Educate students and parents on overseas university systems and testing options, guiding them to their best options
  • Recommend the most suitable courses, consultants, and trial classes to prospective clients

Client Relations

  • Mentor students and guide families through their time at IvyPrep, providing up to date advice on the latest developments in admissions and testing
  • Meet with students after classes and tests to discuss how they can improve their performance
  • Collect results from students after test dates/university results release
  • Collect Student Feedback and Reviews

Sales Administration

  • Collect and track sales data 
  • Produce analysis of sales data to inform company decision making

Marketing

  • Update and review marketing systems
  • Update company’s website – content, new product pages, improve website performance, students’ testimonials, blog, etc.
  • Create and design marketing materials and brochures
  • Create and evaluate product expansion plans

Required Qualifications

  • Degree from a reputable local, US, or UK academic institution
  • Excellent communication skills and good command in English (verbal and written)

 

Preferred Experiences

  • Experience in WordPress and the fundamentals of web design
  • Experience in a CRM system
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Experience with Google Adwords and SEM/SEO
  • Experience in sales and relationship management
  • Demonstrated experience with and passion for education
