Job Description

- Provide support to the Human Resource Department handling day to day HR functions.

- Assist in recruitment / selection functions and on-boarding process such as posting of job advertisements, screening of resumes, arranging of interviews and work pass processing

- Onboarding process and preparation of contracts for new employees

- Offboarding process for employees leaving the company

- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records

- Assist in up-to-date documents in the Employee’s personal files i.e. filing and documentation

- Any other duties as assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3 months contract

- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

- Work from Home

- Minimum diploma in Human Resource-related educational qualification

- Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks

- Meticulous, proactive, independent and good team player

- Able to work in a fast paced working environment

- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as excel, word and PowerPoint

- Knowledge in QuickHR software is an advantage
