Fulfillment, Customer Service & Logistics 

1. Perform order fulfilments, updating Shopee/Platform backend, arranging delivery, and customer service recovery 
2. Calling of customers is required to update them on statuses (eg. pre-orders, backorders etc)
3. Ensuring efficient and effective flow of daily packing operations and customer service levels
4. Working closely with in-house & third party partners e.g. logistics companies and stockists to ensure smooth logistic operations 
5. Updating of Fulfillment and Customer Service SOPs, replying and resolving Customer Service Enquiries when necessary
6. Creating and maintaining new listings across multiple e-commerce platforms 
7. Maintain and manage accurate inventory data of physical inventory records on a daily basis across Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
