Job Description

As a Sales Operations Executive, you are responsible for achieving the internal client satisfaction. To achieve these results, you will provide administrative assistance to a high performing team by providing your best level of support and service. The Sales Operations Executive will elevate the business developments team’s efficiency in sales opportunities and revenue growth by taking over the administrative tasks of business development team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Business Development team to ensure operational excellence
  • Accurately set up the required trial accounts of the various products and run daily account report
  • Involves in the planning, organizing, coordinating, rescheduling and controlling all the resources needed in carry out an efficient operation job
  • Any other general sales admin duties assigned by the manager

 Requirements:

  1. Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Business
  2. At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  3. Independent and able to work in a fast-paced and voluminous environment with minimum supervision
  4. A good team player and can work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (ie.: MS Excel)
