Iron Chef F&B Pte. Ltd. – Manager, Restaurant Operation – Modern Chinese Restaurant

Our primary business is in F&B. We operate coffeeshops (FoodLoft) and restaurants (COLLIN’S).

• Team player with ability to lead and motivate the team. 
• Coordinate and supervise daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
• Able to work with head chef to create new dishes and market regularly 
• To provide a strong relationship and leadership creating a productive team while achieving set goals
• Good communications, planning and execution skills.

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Train employees on service quality, improve productivity, customer care and responsiveness
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways for improvement 
• Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste 
• Create detailed reports on weekly/monthly/annual revenues and expenses 
• Promote brand in community through word-of-mouth, social media and others 
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. promos and social media ads)
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
