irisnation Singapore Pte Ltd – Finance Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the iris finance team in our Singapore office as a Finance executive.

The Singapore agency is the HUB of the APAC region running the finances for our Singapore, Seoul and Thailand agencies. Each agency offers a variety of services including Advertising, Digital, PR, Experiential, Consulting etc.

Key responsibilities: 

• Petty cash and monthly reconciliation
• Credit card management and monthly posting
• Quarterly GST returns
• Checking and processing expense claims
• New starts/leavers maintenance
• Process day-to-day operations in Accounts Payable
• Ensure compliance of company policies/practices and accounting standards
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts (including inter-companies and 3rd parties)
• Support and ensure compliance in internal and external audits
• Provides finance induction for new comers
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Does this sound like you?

• Diploma/Bachelor of Accountancy or relevant Business degree, Major in Accounting/Finance
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply. Past relevant working experience is a plus.
• Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player with ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong computer literacy knowledge
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attentive to details and has strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
