IRIS GROUP is a leading company in the production of coffee, tea, chocolate capsules.
Very dynamic and growing rapidly in all Asia, it offers private label services for Nespresso and Dolce Gusto capsules.
We are looking for a young, active and dynamic intern that would like to join our sales & marketing activity to mature a hands-on-the-job experience.
Ideally, the candidate should be graduating or just graduated with a degree in communications or marketing or sales management. Otherwise, he/she should be pursuing or have completed studies in a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute / implement full spectrum of marketing & communications achieving company
- Conduct market research on competitors
- New client acquisition:
market research, generate leads, prospecting through cold calls, setting up and attending sales calls and meetings, follow-up and CRM updates, building and retaining relationship with existing clients.
- Create online marketing communication in social media, email campaigns to contact new potential clients
- Create small adverts to use in various communications (online, emails etc..)
Some requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills are a must
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all, both internally and externally
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms and online analytics and Google AdWords
- Experience with content creation is a plus
- Hands-on approach - our team culture is very ‘hands-on’ - we are looking for people who just get things done and actively seek ownership
- Pleasant personality, with excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- High levels of creativity
- Meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
