Job Description
1 immediate intern opportunity is available.
What You Will Learn:
- Collaborate with the APAC AML/KYC team in supporting operations on a day to day basis.
- Organising and indexing of corporate documents collected from clients.
- Managing of files to meet the expectation during internal/external audits.
- Identify potential risks if any and escalate to the Head of AML/KYC, APAC. This may include conducting of screening and perform adverse news search on clients and investors and report to the team in a timely manner.
- Understanding of the compliance framework in terms of escalation and meeting requirements from applicable regulators.
What We Look For:
- Undergraduate university or pre-university student
- Prior experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, Due Diligence or business management is preferred but not essential
- Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate fluently English, a second language would be a plus
