IQ EQ Consultants – Business Analysis Intern

An immediate intern opportunities is available. Ideally, you are able to commit to this internship for 6 months (part-time arrangement can be considered).

What You Will Learn:

• Collaborate with the APAC Operations teams in supporting data migration/consolidation/analysis projects on a day to day basis.
• Gain insights into the various databases and systems the APAC Operations teams are using.
• Opportunities to recommend improvements for better operational effectiveness.
• Learn the daily client-servicing operations in APAC rendered by the various operational teams.
• Understanding how data and systems impact operational efficiency and revenue.
• Managing of project timeline and deliverables to meet the expectations during internal/external audits.
• Identify potential risks and escalate them to the Head of Operations, APAC.
• Understanding of the compliance framework in terms of escalation and meeting requirements from applicable regulators.

What We Look For:

• Undergraduate university or pre-university student
• Prior experience in statistics, business analysis or business management is preferred but not essential
• Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• At least intermediate level user in Excel and proficient in Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate fluently English, a second language would be a plus
