IPP Financial Advisers Pte Ltd – Account Executive

IPP is a licensed financial advisory company serving high net worth and high-income top executives, professionals and business owners/entrepreneurs in Singapore and the Southeast Asian region in the areas of Estate Planning, Life and Health Insurance, Economic Life Planning, Key Owner/Executive Life Insurance and Business Continuation Planning, Comprehensive Financial and Investment Planning and other Financial Services.

Basic Salary:

Depending on work experience and qualification(s)

Duties Responsibilities:

• Computation of Financial Adviser Representatives’ commission;
• Perform data entry, scanning, and documentation of documents received;
• Attend to Adviser’s queries on commission and expenses deduction;
• Liaise with carriers on commission issues;
• Preparation of monthly end reports;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• ‘A’ Level holder preferably with 2 years working experience, or Diploma Holder preferably with 1 year working experience.
• Pleasant and positive disposition, with good working attitude.
• Meticulous, good team player and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written;
• Experience in Commission Computation System and with good EXCEL skills will be preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in other MS Office application.
• 1-year contract convertible to permanent position.
