• Based on sales personnel confirmed customer orders (external parties), handle POs, Invoices, delivery arrangements, customer responses/coordination, and other related activities
• Assigned as a contact person to deal with logistic companies, calculate freight charges, update related info.
• Liaise with Finance Department, work together to generate quarterly sales variance analysis
• Key in data to ERP/Accounting software
• To handle phones calls and inquiries
• Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization
• Perform other responsibilities and task as assigned
