This role will provide you with exposure to various ways of building a community for youth talents and potential employers. This will include a lot of interactions, engaging with youth talents and employers, running operations in our key processes, and maintaining our community voice. You should be keen to build your passion in strategic operations, community engagement and customer service, and have exceptional oral and written communication skills to develop strong relationships with youth talents and potential employers.
You should yearn to be a ‘people person’ with great empathy and soft skills, and seek to hone your ability to moderate conversations with our community, and build strong bonds with our users. You should be able to work independently but also work well in a team, value relationships and be dependable and trustworthy. Ultimately, you should be committed to improving yourself to become the master of community engagement as part of being involved in our operations, and in the process improve the sense of belonging of users within our community.
As part of our development training plan, depending on your aptitude and capabilities you will also get to be trained on different career tracks beyond customer relations and operations, including Social + Community Management, Strategy Planning + Execution and/or Business Development.
