Intercedent Asia Pte Ltd – Business Research Internship

We are looking to hire a Business Research Intern to join our Research team in Singapore. This position is available immediately.

Responsibilities

This role will expose candidates to a multitude of research assignments that Intercedent Asia undertakes across various industries and markets. The candidate will be involved in executing research projects across all key stages, from set-up to delivery. Some of the key responsibilities include the following:

• Conduct basic research, including secondary desk research and primary research (e.g. expert interviews, email/online surveys, etc)
• Perform data mining and/or data analysis in accordance with project objectives and requirements. Prior experience with data analytics would be an advantage
• Assist project leader in writing and prepare research reports, presentations, and any other publications for clients

The candidate will be hired on a temporary, full-time basis and work for a minimum of three months (negotiable). This position will be remunerated.

Qualifications 

• Degree, preferably in business-related field: Business, Finance, Economics, Market Research, and any other relevant disciplines
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in Ms Office. Prior experience with data analytics would be an advantage.
• Able to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and can creatively find solutions independently.
• Flexibility of character, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
