Job Overview

We're looking for an operations intern to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful candidate will be organised, have superb attention to detail and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an incredible opportunity if you are ambitious, enthusiastic and curious-minded.

Job Responsibilities

• Navigate tools/ systems/ databases/ spreadsheets for data entry and maintenance 
• Work collaboratively with the COO to implement lean processes 
• Assist in adapting current operations systems to optimise efficiency
• Log budgeting in a spreadsheet
• Client liaison and customer service duties as necessary
  
  

Job Qualifications

• The ability or a willingness to learn how to use web digital tools
• Working knowledge of Google Drive & MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Superb Organisational skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or already graduated
