We provide over 16 million meals a year to various commercial and governmental organisations such as the Ministry of Defence. Today, apart from offering retail management services, we are a major food caterer for the childcare and nursing home sectors.
Working Location : Civil Defence Academy @ Jalan Bahar
Working Days : 6 days work week (Rotating Shift)
Working hours : Off day on Sat/Sun
- 1st shift - 3am - 11am
- 2nd shift - 7am - 3pm
- 3rd shift - 10am - 6pm
- 4th shift - 12pm - 8pm
Daily Shift allowance:
- 1st shift - $15
- 2nd to 4th shift - $10

Qualifications

Other Information
- Min 3 years cooking exprience in muslim/asian cuisine
- Experince in mass cooking is preferred
- To assist the kitchen chef in inventory ordering and stock count
- Able to lead and guide a team of cooks and service crews
