2.Document SOP for awards administration.

3.Study feasibility of automation (bot/script/workflow) to enable HR Recognition team to pipeline nominations effectively at department level. Create the automation solution to enable nomination pool for 2027 & 2028 cycle

4.Document SOP and the solution outcome for knowledge management

1.Clean, analysable dataset with summary insights on participation trends to prepare for 2027 & 2028 cycle
