Job Description

Business development interns

 

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential social sellers on social media platforms
  • Expand the community sellers
  • Project manage the sales pipeline
  • Follow-up with sellers and customers
  • Service both sellers and customers on any inquiries
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Assist sales manager with recruitment via store and/or other source
  • Zoom Training (moderator, assist deck, conduct training)
  • Keep track distributor sales & restock
  • Arrange sign agreement and distributors cert
  • Keep track inventory movement
  • assist day to day operation and packing

 

Qualifications

  • No prior experience needed. Retail-based experience preferred
  • Can work under ambiguity
  • Can work in a start-up culture
  • Have hunter mentality
  • Self-starter with a strong internal drive
  • Strong interpersonal (EQ) skills (written, spoken)
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Can project manage multiple projects on the pipeline
    • Hard working and disciplined
    • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Full- time conversion possible after performance review of the internship.
    • Basic : $800 + high commission
