Job Description
THE JOB :
The Key roles and responsibilities of the internship in Human Resource Department include the following:
- Assist in the end to end recruitment process and onboarding
- Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
- Assist in preparation in Payroll
- Assist in grant consolidate documents
- Support and make recommendation to Hr processes and practices
- Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global Hr Team and the leadership team
*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
- Must be in HR Related or Project Management course or equivalent
- Strong in project management and communication skill
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to commit for 6 months for optimal development programme
