Job Scope includes:
Marketing and Customer Relationship Management
- Manage and record name cards
- Organise contact and mailing list in CRM system according to pre determined categories
Budgeting and Finance
- Organizing documents for monthly / quarterly finance reporting
- Research, obtain quotes and liaise with vendors for company purchases
- Other tasks as assigned
