• -Assist Events Director during meetings and visits with clients
• -Source for and coordinate with vendors and external parties
• -Assist clients with their needs and requirements
• -Manage event rundown and execution during events
• Qualifications & Requirements:
• -Excellent skills in MS Office
• -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• -Creative and Resourceful
• -Excellent time-management and multi-tasking
• -Prior experience in event management and planning will be highly beneficial
