Illuminating Asia – PA to CEO/Office Manager

Illuminating Asia is a high level multi disciplinary lighting design consultant, supply, tech R&D firm. Combining design, engineering and technology; we aim to impact lives, making the world a better place with lights. 

Looking for a professional and a mature and energetic individual that is keen to learn from CEO directly. Through which, the job scope will touch on marketing, high level CEO meetings, business development, retail B2C, project B2B, investment proposal, sourcing, HR, Administrative and coordinating among various colleagues and external counter parties.

As a professional personal assistant, priority is to assist CEO in growing the firm.

For aspiring and capable individual, management associate / business management role will be made available after 2- 3 years of certified capability.

There will be detail personal and career development plan within the firm for individual who can lead and perform in given tasks.

Salary range SGD 2300-2500 prior to probation. Work permit quota will be available to suitable candidate.

Requirements:

1. University graduate from a reputable university with good grades and leadership experiences from Singapore universities and Malaysia Universities
2. Preference to have 1-2 years working experience in related fields like lighting design, architecture, electrical electronic engineering, business analyst, marketing and communications, valuation, project management and sales.
