• Answer front desk phone calls.
• Attend to all customers issues and provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses, ensuring complete customers satisfaction on the social media platform
• Organize and schedule customers’ appointments
• Acknowledge and greet guests entering and leaving the facility.
• Basic customer registration, financial billing, and cashier.
• Attending to customers' pre & post-consultation enquiries
• Monitor and manage inventory. 
• Purchase retail stocks and salon-use stocks when necessary
• Administer, record, and maintain customer records and files.
• Performed regular follow-up on the customer to upkeep customer care.
• Always maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the Clinic.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties.
