Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Support HR Operations:

  • Support in recruitment activities such as posting job advertisement in job portals, interview arrangements, work pass related matters, logistics arrangement for onboarding new staff (eg. Staff access pass, photos, welcome kit).
  • Support in coordination and administration of employee welfare and benefit programmes such as leave administration, insurance policies renewal, medical card, staff pass, medical expense claims submission, etc.
  • Work closely with HR department and support Training (Internal and External) and staff welfare activities

2. Employee Engagement Initiatives

  • Plan, organize and/or support organization-wide activities/events to drive employee engagement and promote retention.e.g. Townhall, team-bonding workshops etc
  • Keep abreast of latest trends and communicate ideas to key decision makers
  • Organise and lead employee recreational activities
  • Prepares newsletter and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken
  • Plan, organize and coordinate in Employee Engagement Survey, with regular pulse checks

Requirements:

  • Some knowledge and understanding of HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel.
  • Strong office organization and administration skill.
  • Good communication skills.
