We are looking for an intern who is ready to get his hands dirty. You will get involved in the mundane day-to-day transactional activities and learn about the processes of shipping documents and shipment preparation. There will be a lot of paperwork preparation and data update in our SAP system.
You will have the opportunity to learn on coordinating supply chain optimization activities across multiple teams and geographies. Manage integrated supply chain processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics. You will assist with end-to-end supply chain management and logistics operations for the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Sales Order via SAP Hana for APAC customers.
- Prepare shipping documents – Invoice, packing list for drop shipment, Export customers.
- Upload Advidia Serial number in SAP.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for export/ drop shipment customers.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Working towards a BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, General Business, International business, Entrepreneurship
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills and Design thinking
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics and reporting skills
- Comfortable working with global teams spread across multiple global regions
