Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our APAC Supply Chain team. This internship offers hands-on experience in regional supply chain operations, providing exposure to SAP systems, international logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders using SAP S/4HANA.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and factories to monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage the full spectrum of shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists for both local and export customers.
  • Upload serial numbers from third-party suppliers and factories in China and Japan into internal systems.
  • Assist with repacking of cartons and arranging goods from the storeroom to customers when needed.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes in the Singapore storeroom, including reconciliation of inventory records.
  • Provide backup support for drop shipment customers across Asia and Oceania.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
