Job scope

• Research on existing data pertaining to relevant projects and market segment
• Identifying all the relevant data metrics to be monitored for each projects/industry
• Creating new data metrics/KPI to improve significance/meaning of the information
• Connecting different set of data for integration to better understand the relationship
• Evaluate/challenge the fundamental/credibility/strength of the outcome or the hypothesis prior to execution to increase success rate
• Deducing and inferring the potential effect based on the hypothetical data/output
• Generating final valuation based on different sets of output
• Preparing investment proposal/memorandum for multiple rounds of fundraising/M&A transaction
• Generating report based on collected and projected data monthly/quarterly & annually
• Standardized valuation methodology that is applicable to certain tech/platform model
• Propose strategies to test and meet the KPIs derived
• Monitor closely on the progress of the data collected vs hypothetical/projected numbers
• Identify the challenges/obstacles (e.g. human inefficiency (miscommunication/limited manpower & resources, data correlation, market acceptance rate, timing issue (limited/wrong), data collection approach etc.)
•  Continuously adjusting, updating and validating previous or existing assumptions to increase projection accuracy and precision
• Identify and create formula & framework to improve data correlation and facilitate data collection and integration.
• Gather, analyze and disseminate insights on various business verticals, regional markets, competitors, and any aspect of the external environment to help shape key stakeholders' perspectives.

• Integration – connect all available info to understand the relationship
• Discovery – create or generate other possible data metrics to further strengthen the credibility or value of the data integration
• Evaluation – reason and challenge all the basis of proposal and assumptions
• Inferring – finalize conclusion of data metrics and its relevance, deduce execution strategy to achieve the target numbers(discuss with respective project manager/founder)
• Monitoring – keep track of the real life numbers vs projected numbers (constant communication with Amie/Lanon)
• Fixing/Updating – in case of big gap or mismatch in both numbers, either change execution strategy (how) or update data to be collected (what & why), reconsider the necessity of certain data collection
• Debrief – reconfigure the entire framework based on data collected on the ground (what to be removed, improved or remained)
