  • Demonstration, promote and sell of Products.
  • Drive and achieve individual sales target in a team environment.
  • Provision of exemplary customer services ensuring high standards of performance in service excellence.
  • Proactive engagement to build a regular base of customers.
  • Uphold the company's image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times
  • Be responsible for restocking merchandise, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and processing sales transactions.
  • Adhere to shop day-to-day operations procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Ability to provide consultative product usage preferred.
  • Able to work on shift and retail hours.
  • Customer focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated and proactive.
  • Able to converse in both English and Mandarin to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking customers and associates.
  • Basic technical skills: May be required to use technology such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Salary: Basic + Incentive + Commission
