Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive specialising in Lead Generation, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Search Engines (Google) and Email Marketing aimed at attracting and converting potential customers into leads.You will leverage your expertise in digital channels, analytics, and creativity to drive growth and support the achievement of our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Collaborate with both the Sales and Marketing departments to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and other relevant channels.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO), and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence, creating and curating content that resonates with our target audience and encourages engagement and lead generation.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate promotions, and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements to optimize conversion rates and overall performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and maximize lead-to-customer conversion.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to proactively suggest new strategies and tactics.
