Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with INL's creative vision.
Manage and grow our presence across various social platforms.
Create engaging content that speaks to our audience.
Analyze metrics using Google Analytics, learn from them, and optimize for success.
Collaborate with our team to ensure INL's social media voice is consistent and compelling.
Utilize Meta Business Suite to enhance our social media presence.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in social media or a strong willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus, but not a must.
