Human Diagnostics – Technical Service Engineer (MNC / Regional / Local)

The Regional Engineer will be reporting to the Regional Sales managers and to the German service headquarter are required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to plan training material and conduct training to clients or users
• Level 2 support for distributors in APAC region
• Carrying out on-site installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
• Support after-sales services, prepare service reports.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Biomedical/Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 1 year related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory industry
• Ability to travel regularly within the Region and occasionally world-wide up to 75% of the time for Regional repairs, Regional training events, Regional installation services and other maintenance services.
