Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Support communication and coordination with government stakeholders and relevant public institutions
  • Conduct basic research on ICT policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry development trends
  • Assist in identifying policy directions and industry opportunities that support ICT growth
  • Maintain and update government and public relations databases, records, and documentation
  • Support planning and execution of stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, receptions, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports on business environment and policy developments, including data collection and basic analysis
  • Support translation and communication of documents between English and Chinese for HQ coordination
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the supervisor

 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Public Administration, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Strong interest in government affairs, public policy, and ICT industry development
  • Good organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently with a proactive and responsible attitude
  • Team player with strong willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and grow in the role
