Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Specialist Intern at Huawei, you will support daily supply chain and logistics operations while gaining hands-on exposure to inventory management, order fulfillment, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating delivery orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Support daily warehouse operations, inventory checks, and stock management activities
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing weekly/monthly inventory reports
- Support inventory analysis and monitor stock levels to ensure operational efficiency
Logistics Operations & Process Support
- Assist in reverse logistics and return management processes
- Support export shipment documentation and RMA-related activities
- Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and safety standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth logistics and delivery operations
Reporting & Operational Support
- Track and assist in reporting logistics and supply chain performance metrics
- Support investigation and follow-up of operational or warehouse-related issues
- Assist the Supply Manager with project coordination and ad-hoc operational tasks
- Support project delivery processes from purchase order receipt to final delivery completion
Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in Huawei Supply chain solution and logistics operations
- Strong communication skill in Mandarin, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the China HQ team.
