Responsibilities

• To teach Chinese language courses for Pre-school to Primary school levels according to the school's curriculum
• An engaging story teller and a good student leader.
• Following up with student’s parents on their progress
• To bring students to toilets during lesson breaks.
• Simple daily upkeep/disinfection.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree or Master Degree (In Education / Teaching, Linguistics / Chinese Languages or equivalent)
• Fresh graduates from relevant certifications maybe considered.
• At least 1 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Knowledgeable and stay up-to-date with the subject requirements made by MOE
• Passionate and compassionate to teach and interact with children/parents
• Able to handle young children and guide them with care.
• Patient, responsible, engaging, energetic, cheerful and positive minded personality
• A great listener, good interpersonal skills (in both English and Mandarin) and great team player
• An organized, mature leader with excellent class and time management.
• Interesting and innovative in teaching
• Excellent classroom and time management skills
• Must be able to work during weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable to handle new technologies / equipment in teaching
