Job Description

 The Role:

  • Conducting research in  various platform to identify job opportunities (Company’s career page) 
  • Searching for potential candidates in internal (IES) and external databases (RegionUp, LinkedIn) 
  • Screening CV-s based on the role profile 
  • Update the in-house database 
  • Do cold call to get names of candidates and map up the department structure 
  • Drafting job adverts for approval and posting them in different platforms 
  • Help in administrative work like preparing candidate profile and presentation to client 

We have been searching for you, if you

  • Are on a semester break now or looking for a temporary job and you can commit to more than 3 months in this job 
  • Are self-confident and good in English communication 
  • Are interested in research and data mining work 
  • Enjoy reading CVs and identify the fit of candidates to what the client is looking for 
  • Are resourceful and fast in getting information  
  • Can communicate easily and you are not afraid to pick up the phone to do cold call to get names
