About the role

- Work Location/Site: Singapore, Global Headquarters
Role Overview
The purpose of the Commercial Excellence Assistant role is to support the Director, Commercial Excellence - APAC with commercial reporting, CRM admin duties, data validations and consolidation, along with general project and ad-hoc support across the APAC region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting:
- Monthly commercial sales reporting
- Data consolidation
- Data checks & validations
- Incentive calculations
- Rebate calculations
- Market survey submissions
- Market share reporting updates
- Inventory reporting
- Ad hoc reporting as required
- CRM:
- CRM admin support
- Data integrity checks and validations
- Data updates / bulk uploads
- CRM reporting buildout
- Ad hoc analysis and support:
- Ad hoc analysis to support requests from global and local management
- General support on Commercial Excellence initiatives and projects as required
Requirements
Experience
- Student, prior internship viewed favourably but not required
- Bachelor or Masters studies with minimum of 5 semester completed in Data Science, Finance, Business Administration or similar
Skills/Accreditations
- Highly motivated
- Organised and proactive
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI viewed favourably)
- Analytical, high affinity for numbers, KPI and Metrics
- Natural curiosity and openness for learning

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters studies with minimum of 5 semester completed in Data Science, Finance, Business Administration or similar
