Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an Administrative, Research and/or Marketing Intern to join our team at HOA. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administrative and marketing aspects of the design industry. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting various administrative tasks and assisting with marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data entry, organization, and maintenance of client and project databases.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, and competitors to support decision-making.
  • Assist in managing our social media platforms, creating content, and engaging with our online community.
  • Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents.
  • Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects to enhance brand visibility.
  • Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Canva would be advantage. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to various aspects of the business.
