- Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales & Portfolio to establish workflow for new products
- Develop recipes for new product
- Research and execute popular flavour combinations
- Develop timeline and process for testing new products
- Clear deadlines and dates planning for all experimentation
- Conduct and collate all sensory evaluation for new products
- Maintenance of inventory of all key raw ingredients for initial launch of new product
- Set up of production flow SOP and maintenance with Operations Team and other relevant departments
- Work with production/suppliers to document relevant product information,
- eg. Preparation process, specifications, cost, for downstream activities eg. Finance reporting, selling price etc
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Food Science
- Minimum Experience required, will have guidance
- Knowledge in QA/QC
- Knowledge of Sanitisation and Production Flow
