Job Description

We are seeking an AI Creative Design Intern to help produce high-quality creative assets for our marketing and social media campaigns, using AI image generation and AI video generation. You will help turn campaign goals into clear creative concepts, generate iterations quickly, and collaborate with the growth team to refine outputs based on feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong academic performance, ideally distinction or above, alongside evidence of initiative, ownership, and high-quality execution.
• Hands-on experience creating creatives (design, video, motion, or content) using AI tools.
• Ability to translate a brief into assets that match a brand’s tone and visual direction.
• High attention to detail in checking deliverables, exports, and final asset quality before sharing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Strong communication: concise updates, clear rationale, and willingness to iterate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-assisted creative assets (images and video) for marketing/social media campaigns.
• Generate creative concepts and variations from briefs.
• Iterate based on feedback from the growth/marketing team.
• Maintain consistency in style, branding, and campaign messaging.
• Document reusable AI creative workflows and learnings for future scaling.
