Key roles and responsibilities:
Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management.
Obtain weekly project status from all team members.
Prepare and assist in project documentation, keeping in mind the project’s document resource needs and availability.
Organise and schedule team meetings.
Monitor project progress and keep track of the project costs.
Help in project adjustments, provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.
Implement and improve the project management mechanisms.
May require extra commitment depending on project requirements.
